Using his vast experience in hardware design, John is capable of managing all aspects of a project cycle. He creates technical specifications that are complete with block diagrams, flow charts, and timing descriptions. This allows an entire development team, the marketing group, as well as the sales force to gain access to a product's details-sometimes well in advance of the design becoming available in hardware. He is always available for tutoring an engineering team on the nuances of using VHDL or Verilog, understanding an EDA vendor's tools, or on implementing general design practices.
